1. Generate tomorrow's pick lists
TedOps looks at scheduled jobs and builds a pick list per van — parts, quantities and bin locations in walking order.
2. Pick and confirm
The warehouse team picks against the list on a phone or tablet, scanning or tapping to confirm each line. Shortages are flagged before the van leaves.
3. Load and sign off
The engineer confirms the load on their app. Stock moves from warehouse to van automatically, and the day's jobs show parts as ready.
