Set up your workspace

Get your company configured and your team invited in under an hour.
1. Create your company profile
Add your company name, logo, contact details and VAT settings. This information appears on quotes, invoices and customer communications.
2. Invite your team
Send invitations by email and assign each person a role — office, engineer, warehouse or manager. You can adjust permissions at any time.
3. Set your working hours and regions
Define your operating hours, service areas and holiday calendar so scheduling and customer ETAs are accurate from day one.
4. Choose your modules
Switch on the parts of the platform you need — jobs, stock, EPOS, portal — and hide the rest. Everything can be enabled later as you grow.
