Create and schedule your first job

Updated 2026-10-10

From a customer request to a booked visit in a couple of minutes.

1

1. Create the job

Choose the customer and site, pick a job type, and add any notes, attachments or reference numbers the engineer will need.

2

2. Add parts and estimated time

Attach the parts likely to be needed and set an estimated duration. TedOps uses this to plan realistic days and flag stock issues early.

3

3. Pick a slot

The schedule shows engineer availability, travel time and existing bookings. Drag the job into a gap or let the scheduler suggest the best slot.

4

4. Notify everyone automatically

The engineer gets the job on their mobile app and the customer receives a confirmation with the date, time window and engineer details.
